. • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. • Works effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers on requirements for new and current requisitions and ensures that job descriptions is accurate and up-to-date. • Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring. • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field. • Provides insightful data and analytics on responsible HR areas to enable the business to make fact-based and strategic decisions on people related topics. • Promote and improve the efficiency of human resources operations and participate/lead in human resource projects.
