The Department of Nanoelectronics is looking for a Scientific Group Leader (f/m/d) 2D-Materials - tenure track. The position will be offered subject to approval of project funding. Our focus is on world-class nanofabrication which allows the rapid integration of 2D-materials in various device architectures.
Compensation In accordance with Massachusetts law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $60,000 - $80,000.
