You set goals and priorities for the team and balance resources to achieve goals and project plans You keep an overall perspective of the business and interact with internal and external stakeholders accordingly As a person you show creativity and eagerness to capture opportunities when they present themselves You actively participate in the CD&D organization by sharing knowledge, expertise and new ideas/suggestions You are responsible for recipe and raw material management for quality assurance and standardization of product portfolio and you assist in the handling of customer complaints Anforderungsprofil You obtained a degree in food technology or a comparable training You have several years of professional experience, ideally in product development, preferably in a comparable function in the field of Specialized Nutrition You demonstrate high affinity for development processes, nutrition and diet trends, ideally you have also experience in production and technical (sales) support As a person you are enthusiastic for innovative solutions and trends in the field of sports and specialized nutrition You show the ability to work analytically and conceptually, but also creatively in a complex, fast-paced environment You are fluent in English and German and willing to travel You are a hands-on type with high integrity and strong communication skills Angebot This position offers a key role within a world leading company. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Vertrieb und Wirtschaft Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Business Development oder Key Account Management Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Management und internen Stakeholdern Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Die Position ist eng in das Team Marketing & Vertrieb eingebunden. Ziele und Vertriebsschwerpunkte werden in enger Abstimmung mit einem Leitungsgremium definiert und regelmäßig überprüft.
